Arts Award Explore with Let’s Animate
Entry Level Qualification in the Arts (Entry 3 – RQF)
Total Learning Time: 35 Hours (25 Guided | 10 Independent)
 
Join Let’s Animate as we guide you through the Arts Award Explore journey with a fun and creative focus on animation. Participants will dive into hands-on experiences like model making, animating, editing, sound recording, and more – all tailored to bring your ideas to life through moving image.
 
What is Arts Award Explore?
 
Arts Award Explore is a nationally recognised qualification designed to help young people:
 
Discover a range of art forms and artists
Build creative and communication skills
Grow in confidence while developing their own artistic voice
 
Through this programme, participants will create a personal Arts Log to document their journey. This can be in any format—written, digital, visual, or filmed—and will include:
 
Taking part in different arts activities and sharing what inspired them
Researching artists, craftspeople, and arts organisations
Creating their own original piece of artwork
Reflecting and sharing their experiences with others
 
Designed for ages 7–25, this Entry Level (Entry 3) qualification is part of the Regulated Qualifications Framework and typically requires 35 hours to complete.
 
Once the Arts Log is finished, Let’s Animate will arrange moderation with Trinity College London, and successful participants will receive an official certificate of achievement.
