Lights, Camera, Silhouettes! Join us at the Let’s Animate studio for a hands-on filmmaking adventure bursting experimentation, texture, colour, and creativity! Our Fantastic Filmmakers day is perfect for children who love experimenting with shadows, shapes, and storytelling through light and dark. We’ll spark imagination with an exciting theme to start. Using silhouette techniques and simple materials, young filmmakers will explore how to create striking shadow animations, experimenting with characters, shapes, movement, and effects frame by frame. We’ll guide budding artists step-by-step as they transform their handcrafted silhouettes into captivating stories. By the end, every child will have a unique animated short to keep and share with family and friends!
